Salt Water Hand Wash Instructions for Setting Cotton Colour. 

1. Prepare the solution: Dissolve ½ cup of salt in a basin of cool water. Stir until fully dissolved.
2. Soak the fabric: Submerge the cotton item completely in the solution and gently agitate for 15-30 minutes.
3. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cool water to remove excess salt.
4. Dry: Air dry the item in a shaded area to prevent fading.

This method helps lock in the colour and reduce bleeding.

After the salt wash, you can wash in the washing machine on a hand wash cycle, with no spin.
